Booking and Reservations

By booking a tour with Local Hikes&Tours Madeira, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment
Prices are in Euros and include specified tour services
Minimum participants may be required for tour operation

Cancellation Policy

Tour Cancellation by Client

More than 14 days before tour: Full refund
7-14 days before tour: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before tour: No refund

Tour Cancellation by Local Hikes&Tours Madeira

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour:

Insufficient participants
Severe weather conditions
Safety concerns
Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative tour date.

Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, or activities to ensure client safety or improve tour experience.

Liability and Insurance

Participants are responsible for:

Personal health and fitness
Appropriate clothing and gear
Travel insurance

Local Hikes&Tours Madeira is not liable for personal injuries or lost/damaged personal items.

Photography and Media

We may take photographs during tours for promotional purposes. By joining a tour, you consent to potentially being included in such media.
